POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bag O'Brien potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese or part Velveeta

Defrost potatoes, salt. Mix sour cream with chicken, sour cream and milk and heat. Add 1 cup cheese and mix with potatoes. Top with rest of cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8.
