PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. self rising flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. chocolate chips or 1 c. nuts (optional)

Mix thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Milk

Combine sugar and cinnamon; add enough milk to thin and pour over bread while hot; or

ICING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
