GLAZED PECANS 
2 c. pecan nuts
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, water, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Cover and bring to a soft-ball boil stage. Let set for a few minutes. Add pecans and separate on waxed paper. Toast pecans in the oven for 8 minutes at 350°F. Easy!!!
