SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach, washed and put between paper towels
1 1/2 heads lettuce
1 can drained grapefruit sections, cut in thirds or equal amount of fresh grapefruit
6 to 8 oz. cashew nuts

Dressing:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
salt (as desired)
3/4 tsp. celery seed
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. chopped onion

Combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well. Assemble salad; add dressing and nuts just before serving.

Makes 10 to 12 servings.
