HONEY - NUTTERS 
1 c. chunky peanut butter
2/3 c. honey
1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
16 graham crackers
1 c. shredded coconut or toasted wheat germ

Combine peanut butter, honey and milk in the mixing bowl; stir until blended. Crush graham crackers between wax paper with the rolling pin or whirl in container of electric blender, five at a time, to make fine crumbs. Add crumbs to the peanut butter mixture; mix with your hands until well blended. Pour the coconut onto the plate.

Make little balls by scooping out a teaspoonful of the mixture and rolling it between the palms of your hands. Roll each ball in coconut or wheat germ to coat evenly and serve on a party platter.
