1/4 lb. pkg. soda crackers
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
2 c. chocolate chips
Ground nuts (optional)

Spray Pam or grease 9 x 13 inch sheet cake pan or a cookie sheet with small edges. Line the pan with soda crackers. Mix butter and brown sugar together in a saucepan, bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. Pour over soda crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Pour chocolate chips on top, spread when melted (add nuts). Cool slightly. Cut and remove from pan before completely cold or you'll never get them out without breaking them and a big mess!
