ALL FRUIT MINCEMEAT COFFEE BREAD 
16 oz. hot roll mix

Prepare as instructions read using 3/4 cup water and 1/2 cup fruit mincemeat in dough. Let rise double, punch, let rise 10 minutes. Spray 2 round pans. With dough divided in thirds, press 1/3 in each pan, press down. Spread rest of mincemeat 1 1/2 cup over dough. Divide last 1/3 of dough in half. Make a rope and coil over top of mincemeat. Let rise double. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

ALL FRUIT MINCEMEAT
4 c. chopped unpeeled apples
2 c. chopped raisins
1 c. snipped dried apricots
3/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) frozen apple juice
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt

Bring to boil. Simmer covered 50 minutes. Uncover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in 2 tablespoons brandy. I did mine in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
