Calves liver (not beef liver)
4 slices bacon
1 can onion soup

In skillet, cook bacon till crisp. Remove and crumble. Dust liver with flour. Brown liver lightly in hot bacon drippings. Stir in soup. cover and simmer until done. Stir occasionally. Garnish with bacon.
