STUFFED FILET OF SOLE OR
FLOUNDER
 
1/4 - 1/2 c. crabmeat or seafood, chopped up
4 tbsp. butter
Bread crumbs
Salt & Pepper to taste
4 fish fillets
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon

Melt butter. Add salt, pepper, crabmeat or seafood. Add enough bread crumbs to bind. Place mixture on filets. Roll up filets. Place filets in a greased baking pan and pour wine, water and lemon mixture over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
