SPINACH ROLL 
1 lb. frozen dough loaf
5 or 6 slices luncheon meat or pepperoni, etc.
3 or 4 slices cheese (American, Provolone or Mozzarella)
1 pkg. frozen spinach

Defrost dough. Cook spinach and drain well. Roll out dough and layer spinach, meat and cheese. Roll up as for a jelly roll. Lightly oil a cookie sheet. Roll spinach roll in oil and make 3 or 4 slits in top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until brown. Slice as appetizers. These freeze well and can be heated in the microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
