1/3 c. mashed potatoes
1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flaked coconut

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Shape into desired balls. Place in refrigerator until very cold. Roll candy in melted German or semi-sweet chocolate.
