1 lg. pkg. Nestle's semi-sweet chips
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 3 ingredients in double boiler after it has melted, add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on foil covered cookie sheet. Bake 7 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and remove with spatula. Do not overbake.
