GOOSE SALAD | |
1 reg. pkg. lime Jello 1 reg. pkg. lemon Jello 1 can gooseberries, drained 1 c. sugar 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. grated cheese 1 c. chopped celery Dissolve both packages Jello in 2 cups boiling water and sugar, then 1 cup cold water. Let stand a few minutes in refrigerator. When Jello just starts to thicken, add the nuts, cheese, celery and drained gooseberries. Return to refrigerator to set. This is great! Serves 6 to 8. |
