SAUERKRAUT RELISH 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 sm. carrot, shredded
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Better the next day.
