VEGETABLE SPREAD - DIP -
STUFFING
 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1 carrot grated finely (small)
1 stalk celery, chopped fine (small)
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 of a small green pepper
1 or 2 tbsp. milk to make it more spreadable

Serve on crackers, stuff celery, use as a sandwich spread or as a vegetable dip. Place the vegetables on a relish tray that you have put in the dip, except for the onions.
