HONEYED TURKEY WITH BROCCOLI 
2 tsp. vegetable oil
8 oz. shredded cooked turkey (may use ground turkey)
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple in juice
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped pimento (optional but good color)
2 c. cooked broccoli flowerets, warm

Heat oil, add turkey, salt, pepper.

Saute over high heat until brown.

Combine pineapple and honey.

Add to turkey and saute 3 minutes more.

Remove pan from heat and stir in lemon juice and pimento. Arrange turkey at 1 side of platter.

Toss broccoli with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

Serve along side of turkey.

Makes 2 servings - 320 calories each.
