SWISS CHICKEN AND HAM ROLL-UPS 
1 1/2 c. coarsely ground cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup, divided
1 green onion, thinly sliced
6 slices boiled ham
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. sour cream or yogurt
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Paprika

Combine chicken, 1/3 cup soup and onion in mixing bowl. Spoon 1/4 cup of chicken mixture on each ham slice and roll up. Secure with toothpick if necessary. Spread rice in shallow 1 1/2 quart microwave dish. Place roll-ups on top of rice. Mix remaining soup with sour cream and milk. Pour over ham rolls. Cook on High 8 to 10 minutes, rotating dish halfway through cooking time. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
