CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. milk
4 level tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Place sugar, milk and chocolate in pan on heat, stir slightly to keep from sticking and allow to boil until 232 degrees is reached, then stir in butter, vanilla and put aside to cool to lukewarm. Now, begin beating the fudge until too stiff to use a spoon, then knead with hands, flatten out in buttered pan and cut into cubes. This makes a soft creamy fudge.
