2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. molasses
1/2 c. strong coffee
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
Salt
Flour

Mix all together. Roll and cut. Makes a big batch of cookies. Bake at 350 degrees.
