MARASCHINO CHERRY JELLY 
1 c. maraschino cherry syrup
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. liquid pectin (Certo)

Pour syrup into large saucepan; add sugar. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Add the liquid pectin and boil 1/2 minute. Pour into sterilized small jelly glasses and seal with paraffin.
