TEXAS STYLE POTATOES 
3 pkg. frozen hashbrowns (1 lb. 8 oz. pkgs.)
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. grated onion
1 1/2 c. cream of chicken soup (undiluted)

Defrost potatoes. Mix all ingredients through potatoes. Place in 9 x 13 inch buttered baking dish. Top with crushed corn flakes which have been mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown.
