DANISH COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/2 c. salad oil

FILLING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix filling together and set aside.

Mix dry ingredients together. Add remaining egg, milk, salad oil. Pour half cake batter into greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Spread filling evenly over batter. Add remaining of cake batter. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. A good Christmas morning treat.
