PUDDING CAKE 
1st Layer:

1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick melted butter

Crumble flour, pecans and melted butter together. Press in 9 x 13 x 2 baking pan and bake 20 minutes at 350°F. Cool completely.

2nd Layer:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 small container Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Cream the cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread over 1st Layer in pan.

3rd Layer:

1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 small container Cool Whip
2 c. milk

Mix together vanilla and chocolate pudding; add 2 cups milk. Mix for 2 minutes. Pour or spread over cream cheese layer. Soften small container Cool Whip; spread over top of the 3 layers. Refrigerate.
