SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp
1 can tomato sauce
2-3 tbsp. roux
1 sm. head onion
1/2 c. water
1 stalk celery
4 tbsp. parsley
3 tbsp. green onions
Seasoning: salt, pepper, red pepper, and Accent
Rice

Put roux in pot, let melt until liquid. In a bowl, put shrimp with above ingredients except water, then season to taste with salt, pepper, red pepper and accent. Put in pot with rice and add 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, let simmer 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
