SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 onions, chopped
1 stick real butter
1 c. milk
1 can tomato soup
3 c. cooked shrimp, peeled
1 tsp. salt
Tabasco sauce, a few shakes
1 c. raw rice, cooked

Saute' bell pepper and onions in butter. Mix milk and soup. Combine all this with shrimp, salt, and Tabasco. Add cooked rice and bate at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover while baking. Serves 6 to 8.
