BUTTERSCOTCH DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix and spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip (9 oz.)

Mix and spread over 1st layer.

3RD LAYER:

1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant butterscotch pudding
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box vanilla pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk

Mix and pour over 2nd layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serves 12-15.
