TWINKIE TORTE 
1 box Twinkies
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
6 eggs, separated
2 c. whipping cream
6 tbsp. water
6 tbsp. sguar
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped nuts

Melt chips with water and sugar. Cool; stir in beaten egg yolks while melted chocolate is still warm. Beat egg whites until stiff. Whip the cream and fold into the egg whites. Then fold into the cooled chocolate mixture.

Slice Twinkies lengthwise into thirds. Place on bottom of 9 x 13 pan and cover with half of the chocolate fluff. Add another layer of Twinkies and cover with the remaining chocolate fluff. Garnish with nuts. Refrigerate several hours until set.
