ELEGANT ICE CREAM 
2 c. unsweetened fruit, fresh or frozen (blueberries, cherries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar (to taste)
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch, thinned with a little water

Place fruit, sugar and water in saucepan and cook until done. Fruit will be pulpy; continue on medium heat while adding thickener; continue to stir until thickened into fruit sauce. Remove from heat and let cool; serve warm over vanilla ice cream.
