POTATOES PARMIGIANA 
4-5 lg. potatoes, cut in wedges, with skin
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in a large shallow baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in 375 degree oven, basting occasionally with oil mixture, for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
