PATIO POTATO SALAD 
1/4 c. Italian-style salad dressing
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. potatoes, cooked & cubed
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 1/2 c. onion-chive cottage cheese
Tomato, cut in wedges (optional)

Combine dressing, salt and pepper in mixing bowl. Add potatoes. Toss lightly until potatoes are coated. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Fold in egg, celery and cottage cheese. Garnish with tomato wedges, if desired.
