ENERGY SNACK 
6 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. butter
6 c. popped popcorn
1 c. unsalted peanuts

Heat honey and butter in a pan until blended. Pour over popcorn and peanuts stirring until well coated. Spread on a pan in a single layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes, or until crisp, stirring several times. After mix cools, you may add any kind of nuts, raisins, carob chips, sesame sticks.
