OATMEAL BRAN MUFFINS 
3 c. Pillsbury's Best all-purpose flour
3 c. General Mills Raisin Nut Bran cereal
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. light brown sugar
3 tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
2 lg. eggs
2 c. orange juice

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 18 to 24 muffin cups with paper cupcake wrappers. Put the cereal in a food processor. Using the steel blade, pulse for 10 seconds. In a large bowl, combine flour, cereal, oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add shortening and mix until it resembles a coarse meal. Add eggs and juice. Blend until just moistened. Fill prepared muffin cups to the rim.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans.
