CHERRY BLOSSOM NOODLE KUGEL 
1 pkg. Kugel or thin noodles
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. cream cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 can cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. In a large bowl cream the cream cheese and eggs, sugar and salt, then stir in sour cream and cottage cheese. Add noodles and butter, blend well. Place in greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake 45 minutes or until brown and crisp. Top with cold or heated cherry pie filling. Yield: 6 to 8.
