CINNAMON BOW KNOTS | |
1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 10 refrigerator biscuits 1/4 c. butter (melted) 2 tsp. honey Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients. Separate biscuits into 2 parts each, press into a 3 inch oval. Pinch in center and twist once, making a bow knot. Dip one side in butter, then in sugar mixture, saving the remaining butter. Place sugar side up, 1 inch apart, on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes. Brush with mixture of honey and butter. Remove from pan while warm. Makes 20. |
