CHOW MEIN 
2 c. chopped celery
1 or 2 chopped onions
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. soya sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1 can Chinese noodles

Cook celery until soft. Brown onions and hamburger (drain off fat). Add celery and soya sauce. Add soups and mushrooms. Add 3/4 of noodles. Mix well.
