RITZ CRACKER DESSERT 
40 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites
1 c. nuts
Whipped cream, 1/2 or 1 pint
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. sugar
Coconut

Beat egg whites until stiff, add vanilla and 1 cup sugar and beat until sugar dissolves. Fold in crackers and nuts. Put in greased 9"x13" pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. When cooled, whip 1/2 pint or 1 pint of cream. Add 2 cups of miniature marshmallows. Add 1/4 cup sugar. Spread over baked crust and put on coconut.
