CRAB - STUFFED POTATOES 
6 baking potatoes
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 (7 oz.) cans crab meat, drained
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
4 tsp. grated onion
Paprika

Bake potatoes, without foil, until done. Cut potatoes lengthwise and scoop out hot potatoes, being careful to save shells. Into the hot potato mixture, add the butter, salt, cayenne pepper, onion, cheese and sour cream. Mix well. Stir in crab meat and spoon back into shells. Garnish with paprika. Bake about 15 minutes at 425 degrees. These potatoes can be made ahead of time and frozen.
