SWEET AND SOUR KABOBS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 c. A-1 steak sauce
1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
1 egg beater
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks (in its own juice)
1 med. green pepper, cut in sqs.
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
Hot cooked rice

Mix ground beef, 1/4 cup steak sauce, bread crumbs, and egg. Shape into 24 meatballs. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Mix remaining steak sauce with reserved juice. Set aside.

Thread meatballs, pineapples, green peppers, and cherry tomatoes on skewers; grill to broil Kabobs 4 to 6 inches from heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until done, turning and brushing with steak sauce mixture frequently. A-1 makes hamburgers taste like steak burgers.
