12 corn tortillas 1 can Armour Chili 1 onion, chopped 1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese Heat about 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Quickly heat both sides of tortillas. Dip both sides in a plate of Armour Chili, fill with ground beef and onions. Roll up and place in 9"x13" glass dish. Pour remaining chili over tortillas, sprinkle with cheese and onions. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is well melted. Makes 6 servings. You may need to add a little more oil to skillet as you fry more tortillas. |
