RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. Raisin Bran
1 1/3 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. Bakewell cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Place Raisin Bran, milk, egg and oil into large mixing bowl; let stand 2 to 3 minutes. In smaller bowl mix flour, sugar, Bakewell cream, baking soda and salt; mix well. Then add to large mixing bowl and mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Cook 12 muffins.
