ORANGE DUMP SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, well drained
1 (4 1/2 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed

OR 1 envelope whipped topping mix prepared as directed.

With slotted spoon dip cottage cheese from carton into large mixing bowl, dump into dry gelatin. Mix well; add the drained fruits. Dump in whipped topping and fold in well. Chill 1 hour or overnight. This keeps well for 3 or 4 days, if you can leave it alone.
