COCOA SNOWBALLS 
1/2 c. chocolate-flavored crisp rice cereal
1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. chopped nut topping
1 pt. ice cream (any flavor)

In a medium mixing bowl, stir together cereal, coconut and nut topping. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop 4 balls of ice cream. Roll each ball in the cereal mixture until it is coated. Place the ice cream balls on a baking sheet and freeze. To serve, put an ice cream ball in each dessert dish. Serves 4.
