STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES 
1 jar grape leaves
1 lb. ground meat (beef, lamb, turkey)
2 c. long grain rice, uncooked
1 tbsp. curry
1 tsp. cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato puree (6 oz.)
Enough water to cover grape leaves (about 2 cups)
1 clove garlic, minced

Mix the meat, rice, curry, cumin, salt and pepper to together. Set aside. Mix puree, garlic and water. Place 1 teaspoon filling onto large end of leaf and roll making sure to tuck sides of leaves in. Tightly pack rolled leaves in bottom of heavy pan. Pour sauce over grape leaves and simmer on medium heat for about 40 minutes or until rice is done. Sauce may be served over grape leaves.
