BABY DUTCHMEN 
3 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
Juice of lemon
Powdered sugar
Fresh fruit for garnish

Melt butter in ramekin or souffle casserole dish. Beat eggs, flour and milk together and pour in dish. Bake until it turns brown, approximately 20 minutes. Pour lemon juice on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
