BUTTER PRESS COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter, room temperature
2/3 c. sugar (no lumps)
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. all purpose flour (do not sift)

By hand cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks; one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla and flour and mix well with hands. DO NOT CHILL. Grease cookie sheet. Fill cookie press and form cookies. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 10 to 12 minutes.
