HOT DOG RELISH 
8 lg. onions
1 med. head cabbage
10 med. green tomatoes
12 green peppers
1/2 c. salt
6 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
4 c. vinegar

Grind vegetables with coarse blade. Sprinkle with salt. Cover and let stand overnight.

In morning rinse and drain. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetable mixture. Heat to boiling. Simmer 3 minutes. Pour into jars to seal. Makes 8 pints.
