INDIAN SALAD 
1 c. shoe peg corn
1 c. French green beans
1 c. green peas
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. jar pimento

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Drain all vegetables before using.

Heat dressing mixture to melt sugar. Allow to cool before pouring over vegetables. Refrigerate. I don't heat dressing - I just pour over vegetables.
