CLAM CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. milk
2 cans minced clams or chopped clams, with juice
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
Approx. 1/4 lb. soda crackers, to soak up mixture
Salt & Pepper
Little lemon juice (opt.)
Worcestershire sauce

Pour into 1 quart casserole and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
