HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion
1/2 bell pepper
2 1/2 c. rice (Minute rice)
2 cans whole kernel corn
1 can Ro-Tel
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can cold water

Cook hamburger meat, onion and bell pepper together until done. Drain off excess grease. In separate mixing bowl, mix rice, corn, mushroom soup, garlic salt and water. Allow to stand. Combine meat mixture and other mixture together.

Bake in glass baking dish at 350°F until golden brown.
