CRANBERRY CRUNCH 
1 c. quick-cooking oatmeal (uncooked)
1/2 c. unbleached flour
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 stick butter, room temperature
2 c. crushed fresh cranberries OR 1 3/4 c. canned whole cranberry sauce
8 x 8 x 2 inch pan, greased

1. Combine oatmeal, flour and brown sugar.

2. Cut in butter until crumbly.

3. Press 1/2 of crumbs into pan.

4. Spoon cranberry evenly over crumb layer.

5. Sprinkle remaining crumbs evenly on top.

6. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes until lightly brown.
